The world is too much with me
and you now and forever
It roils and boils like the sea below
and the sky above
Seeking some imagined victory
on a distant shore
Where riches are wasted
on desire for more of something
that cannot be held or owned
once obtained in the name of the creator
with chants and greedy prayers
The world is too much with you and me,
Late and soon

I urge you to not get caught up in the “us and them” battles that rage around us. Emotion is the progenitor of commotion. Unexamined beliefs never take us to reasonable solutions. To quote the pop song from the 70’s by Crosby, Stills, Nash and Young, “nobody’s right if everybody’s wrong”.
Be safe, be strong, be well. Give thanks where thanks is due.
In among all the In-box stuff, I always take my time reflecting on what Bruce has shared...and come back when I need a break from all the rest ... Thank you, Bruce, as always... Cindy
